Bio: The creative process is a dance between the creator and her inner critic. Color, form, texture and motion must come together as the work of the senses. Through a variety of hand crafting techniques each Cicada Fibers design is like a Mobius strip, a constant engaging in a seamless balance of vibrant colors, fibers, textures, and patterns. The design becomes an intimate play between process, stitch, and image – creating a rhythm and equilibrium in my life. Designs of Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and ancient symbols etched in stone influence my work. Hand dyeing my own fibers allows me to create unanticipated patterns that take a life of their own. Inspired by nature, a piece will take shape and demand to be a finished form.

Hello, I purchased a cozy, infinity scarf yesterday at the KNC art fair. I should have purchased more! My intent was to gift this purchase, however I may just keep it, I love it that much! Do you have another 3-4 that I may purchase?
